WCC5 - Surgical Oncology - Nurse Educator

Responsibilities
Role will develop and provide educational support for the inpatient surgical oncology unit. Must have a strong clinical background in surgery and education. An interest in orientation, quality assurance, care management, and continuing education is essential to be successful. Main areas of focus will include providing unit in-services, oversee staff orientation, program competency development, documentation, and service level APRN support.
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must. 3-5 years surgical experience preferred. Master’s Degree in Nursing education is preferred, but consideration will be given to applicants with experience who are matriculated in an MNE degree bearing program.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $41.00 - $57.40
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
