Residency/Fellowship Coordinator I

Responsibilities
General Purpose:
Provide administrative support to the Psychology Training Program, Administrator I, and Training Directors. This position requires time management skills to prioritize competing demands and works with confidential information. Given wide latitude for initiative and independent, mature judgment, candidates for this position gather and interpret data to be used during recruitment, onboarding, and compliance requirements to maintain the program’s accreditation status.
Responsibilities:
General Program Administration of the Psychology Internship & Fellowship
Manages day to day activities of the training program. Available to trainees as a source of information and resources. Maintaining databases and files for trainees and testing materials, working with survey program to gather feedback on didactics, and instructors. Attending training meetings for minutes and task lists. Ordering of supplies, as well as facility requests.
Psychology Internship & Fellowship Recruitment
Working collaboratively with track and training directors, determine interview dates and faculty for the file review and interviewing of internship and fellowship applicants. Using the Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Centers (APPIC) applications systems, review applications for specific criteria. Coordinate faculty file reviews, as well as notifications for interviewing status. Create individual interview day schedules. Collect all rating forms from faculty to create summary data to be used in ranking meetings. Submit rank order lists to the National Matching Service (NMS) and prepare for Match Day. Collect fellowship rank orders from track directors for the fellowship director to make offers.
Psychology Internship & Fellowship Onboarding
Coordinate all onboarding requirements including but not limited to, assignments of offices, phones, pagers, keys, nameplates, and computers. Working alongside track directors, create and maintain orientation calendar and events. Oversee completion of required onboarding trainings through the MyPath system, as well as other trainings to ensure timely completion. Work with Interpreting services to initiate and follow-up on requests for ASL interpreting for Deaf Wellness track interns when applicable.
Training Evaluations
Obtain expert knowledge of the MedHub/eValue system to distribute and collect evaluations during all cycles. Creating summary reports for training committee reviews. Feedback of supervisors are maintained and summaries are stored for review at end of year. Program evaluations will be assigned at mid-year and end-year. Working with training director, set up semi-annual individual meetings with all trainees.
Other duties as assigned
Key Day, Trainee Poster Day, graduation dinner, as well as other associated duties that may arise.
Qualifications:
College graduation or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
1 year of relevant administrative experience.
Three years of related work experience, preferably in an academic setting (preferred)
Writing skills are essential, in addition to strong organizational, interpersonal, technical and computer skills, with the ability to easily learn new software and web-based applications. Must be able to handle multiple competing demands and prioritize on short-term and long-term projects.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $ 18.27 - $ 33.65 Hourly
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
