The Department of Surgery at the University of Rochester School of Medicine & Dentistry is seeking a non-tenure track Research Assistant Professor for the NCI-supported T32 Clinical and Translational Research Training Position in our Cancer Control Program. The program eagerly seeks highly motivated individuals with doctorates (PhD, Dr. P.H., M.D.) in health related areas, as well as experienced individuals with similar degrees wishing to change their research focus, who are committed to developing a successful research career in cancer control as an independent investigator. NIH requires candidates must be US citizens or permanent residents. Two years of funding with salary stipends are offered along with health insurance, tuition, research support, and travel to scientific meetings per year.
