Regional Recruitment Sourcer

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

Handles lead generation of physician and midlevel providers utilizing recruitment platforms, social media, job fairs (in person/virtual), medical conferences, residency/fellowship programs and other networking sites. Helps develop and manage relationships with candidates to maintain a talent pool. Works closely with Recruiters implementing strategies to identify high quality candidates. Financial sustainability of our affiliate hospitals is dependent on clinical growth and site expansion, this cannot be accomplished without building a foundation of high-quality providers in our regional communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain ad postings for all targeted recruitments. Utilize recruitment platforms, social media, job fairs, cold calling, databases and other network sites to generate high quality clinical providers (physicians and midlevels) for regional opportunities.

  • Connect, develop and manage relationships with candidates. Promote position opportunities for targeted recruitments. Respond to inquiries and concerns of candidates. Maintain all interview notes and communication in Sourcing Grids.

  • Collaborate and work closely with Regional Recruiters on a weekly basis to update on candidates and implement recruitment strategies. Assist in developing Recruitment Profiles and prep for onsite visits,

  • Work on projects including organizing for job fairs, designing improving ads to attract and recruit candidates in accordance with UR DEI Policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree or Certification in an Allied Health Field preferred.

  • 1-3 years in a healthcare field preferred.

  • Excellent online navigation and utilization of software tools and applications preferred.

  • Residence in the Upstate New York Regional Area

  • License or Certification to practice in an Allied Healthcare Field preferred

Pay Range

Pay Range: $ 18.27 - $ 33.65 Hourly

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
