Program Coordinator- UR Career Pathways

Responsibilities
General Purpose:
This key position coordinates the UR Career Pathways (URCP) program processes and services for our internal and external stakeholders. Often serving as the first point of contact for applicants, as well as providing procedural support throughout participation in the program, the Program Coordinator will provide a high level of customer service and organizational skills in order to assist individuals, and URCP colleagues, through the stages of a participant’s engagement with URCP. This position is an integral part of the effort to become an employer of choice by attracting, retaining, and engaging talent as well as fostering a reputation for career opportunities and growth in the local community.
Responsibilites:
Manages UR Career Pathways systems and processes that support applicant enrollment and selection, participant communications, and progress tracking.
Performs system administration functions for enrollment management system.
Tracks and reconciles tuition, paid release time, and other program expenses; manages vendor relationships and billing.
Manages schedules and coordination of participant screenings, Career Navigation Services, Frontline Fundamentals, and mentoring workshops.
Assist with updating program materials, information on website, and other program communications.
Co-facilitates Career Navigation and Frontline Fundamental workshops.
Collects data to demonstrate program outcomes.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, OD, HRD or related field.
Minimum 2 experience in program administration/coordination required
or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); strong organizational skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; systems administration experience desirable

Pay Range
Pay Range: $62,200 - $93,300 Annually
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
