Responsibilities
The University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC) in Rochester, NY, seeks outstanding candidates to join the URMC Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. Appointment will be Assistant Professor or Associate Professor, depending on experience. The candidate will help grow the URMC Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine practice located at FF Thompson Hospital and Thompson Health in Canandaigua, NY, including attending in the new ICU that is set to open in January 2020. Clinical practice opportunities at FF Thompson Hospital include a broad critical care practice, inpatient pulmonary consultation services, outpatient pulmonary practice, bronchoscopy, and an active sleep medicine program. Opportunities for teaching and clinical research are available, if desired. We seek individuals with a passion for clinical medicine. Candidate must possess an M.D. or equivalent and are eligible for a New York Medical License, Board-Eligible or Board Certified in Pulmonary Diseases and/or Critical Care Medicine to join our diverse and collegial faculty group. Sleep Medicine is available but not necessary.
Must meet all credentialing requirements including health assessment and drug testing
