Responsible for in-depth analysis of Primary Care business and clinical reporting requirements, and translation into technical specification and dashboard displays.
Design and implementation of metrics for physician compensation dashboard.
Development of custom rules and resources, including registry work, data analysis using SQL, eRecord build, test, and data mining techniques for data validation.
Analyze problems, provide complex program specifications, develop or modify existing build, assist in the scheduling of programming projects.
Facilitates the collection, definition and refinement of business and clinical requirements or use case scenarios for application implementations against key data sources and warehouses
Assess, architect and maintain data registries and models for attribution, operational needs and analytics within the EMR at various levels reflective of networks, clinics, practices, provider and contractual arrangements
Build, test and refine dashboard metrics within the development framework of the EMR
Participate in the implementation of an enterprise strategy focused on population health management
Leverage data in innovative ways to present clear and meaningful perspectives in order to be acted upon and used in patient level and institutional decisions
Bachelor's degree in related discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Science or Engineering; and 3-4 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working in healthcare sector, specifically EMR systems
- Experience working with SQL and the Epic Metric Framework
- Certification preferred in Healthy Planet, Radar, Ambulatory Data Model
- Experience with Crystal reports and visualization software a plus
