ResponsibilitiesThe Center for Primary Care, a division of the University of Rochester, is recruiting for a physician to provide primary care services in a community-based practice setting in Monroe C ounty.
Join a vibrant network of Primary Care providers who are practicing in a patient centered medical home model. This practice location is currently using the EPIC electronic medical records system and training will be provided.
Requirements:
Must Possess an MD or equivalent
Must obtain NYS Medical licensure prior to start
Eligible for a Faculty Appointment at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Post offer Drug Screen and Health Assessment required
Compliance with University and New York State health requirements
