The University of Rochester School of Nursing is seeking a faculty candidate for a faculty position. Faculty positions at the School of Nursing are based on 9 month appointments. Candidates are expected to have a record of scholarly work, a commitment to interdisciplinary approaches and teaching experience is preferred. Rank and salary are commensurate with education and experience. Clinical faculty are eligible for promotion along the clinical track.

Serve as a writing resource/advisor/mentor for students
Hold office hours by appointment as needed
Participate in program faculty meeting and faculty committees as needed or selected.
Master’s degree, demonstrated record of professional excellence, and superior interpersonal skills with different levels of students is required.
Prior experience teaching in a baccalaureate program and experience in online learning strongly preferred.
