Responsibilities

Description:

The Department Of Medicine’s division of Endocrinology and Metabolism at The University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry is seeking a new academic physician-scientist faculty member at the Instructor level. Candidate should be interested in playing a major role in the academic ventures of the division. This candidate will be responsible for seeing patients and will spend the majority of their time dedicated to basic research. Requirements:

• Must Possess an MD or equivelent

• Completed Fellowship training in Endocrinology

• Must obtain NYS Medical licensure prior to start

• Eligible for an Instructor Appointment at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology

• Post offer Drug Screen and Health Assessment required

• Criminal background check required

• Compliance with University and New York State health requirements
