We seek an Executive Assistant to provide support to the administrative needs of the Executive Director, Board meetings/minutes coordination, and agency level activities. You will provide professional, efficient and organized administrative support, working with the Executive Director, aligned with our mission, vision and core values.


  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director including overseeing calendar and scheduling of meetings, attention to development of process documentation and continuous improvement

  • Provide administrative support for Board meetings, including Committee needs (e.g., Executive Committee, Nominating Committee)

  • Support board communication and documentation, and other needs such as travel and onsite meetings

  • Administrative duties in support of agency functions, events and priorities as well as other duties as needed

  • Provide administrative support for leadership functioning as required, including planning and implementation of monthly staff meetings


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology or Accounting; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required


  • Experience supporting administrative needs of an Executive Administrator or a Board

  • Experience in copywriting and editing is a plus

  • Experience with CRM, Doodle Poll, Calendly tools is a plus

  • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities; solid understanding of project management principles

  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills; proficient command of Spanish is an asset

  • Proficiency in MS Office 365

  • Proficiency with MS Teams, MS Sharepoint is a plus
