Summary for job posting:

Promotes strategies to build awareness of Transportation & Parking services, mission and vision. Create and implement communications, internal and external, that effectively describe, promote and convey the organization and its services. Manage the development and production of communication materials to be disseminated via website, newsletters and other distribution channels. Ensure communication of construction projects, lot maintenance, route changes, special events, etc. Promote products and services by creating marketing and promotional materials in both print and electronic format. Edit, proofread and revise communications. Submit articles to Campus Times, Weekly Buzz, Vital Signs and other UR public relations initiatives. Prepares Power Point and Excel presentations.


Clean valid NYS driver’s license preferred (no more than 2 moving violations and accidents in the same year and no more than 3 within 3 years.), drug test is mandatory due to driving vehicles and police background check will be done. Non-physical required with Hep B shot due to customer/patient contact. Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience in writing, digital communication and web site management.
