Clinical Informaticist II

Responsibilities

Responsible leveraging information technology and data to improve health outcomes and reduce disparities in healthcare delivery. Will work collaboratively as a team member of the Health Equity Program Support Office (HEPSO) and the Nursing Informatics team. Provide translation for and coordination of disparate groups to achieve consensus for common goals and outcomes. Participate in the organization of, and provide, training and education on new workflows and tools. Independently manage priorities and deadlines, both individually and those of the HEPSO and Nursing Informatics Departments. Willing to perform analysis and programming addressing challenging tasks as needed. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a clinical field, allied health, informatics, related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of experience is required. A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a healthcare sector, specifically EMR is preferred.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $33.05 - $49.59

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
