Cardiac Catheterization & Electrophysiology Lab - Nurse Manager, Level V

Recent clinical experience in Adult Cardiac Cath/ EP Lab required. MS degree is preferred and prior management experience required.
Requires a Master's Degree in Nursing or related field and an active New York State license in good standing. Applicants will have 5 years experience as an RN with one to three years of leadership experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The Nurse Manager directs all aspects of patient care, which includes managing nursing personnel and material resources in a cost-effective manner, unit planning and the initiation of innovative clinical and management practices with emphasis on retention strategies.

Pay Range: $45.93 to $64.30
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
