Faculty job description
The Center for Primary Care, a division of the University of Rochester, is recruiting for a faculty physician to provide primary care services in a community-based practice setting in the Rochester NY 13 county region.
Join a vibrant network of Primary Care providers who are practicing in a patient centered medical home model. This practice location is currently using the EPIC electronic medical records system and training will be provided.
Requirements:
• Must Possess an MD or equivalent and be board certified (or board eligible)
• Must obtain NYS licensure prior to start

Candidates applying to this position will be asked to secure an individual DEA and will be required to complete a post-offer health assessment and drug test at the University’s Occupational Medicine site in Rochester, NY.
