Candidates should be board certified or board eligible in orthopaedic surgery with fellowship training in orthopaedic trauma. Candidates must be eligible for an unrestricted New York State medical license. A post-offer health assessment is required.
Responsibilities include patient care and resident teaching in the Division of Orthopaedic Trauma in the Department of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation. There is opportunity for resident teaching, clinical and laboratory research, and a productive surgical practice in acute trauma and post-traumatic reconstruction in an expanding state-of-the-art Level 1 Trauma Center. Participate in division and department meetings, administrative functions and institutional committees as requested.
