Responsibilities
The Department of Urology seeks to fill a full-time faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor based in Rochester, NY. The successful candidate will have clinical responsibilities in urologic reconstructive surgery, general urology, neurourology and men’s health.
The attending will also be responsible for general urology adult urological services at a tertiary care academic medical center with an ACGME approved residency program. The attending will participate in the department's on-call rotation and will have regular interaction with residents and students during clinical and research activities. Regular attendance and participation in department's conferences and academic activities are expected.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $235,000 - $425,000 Annually
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
