University of Rochester Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is seeking a non-operative interventional spine Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation subspecialist.
The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) at the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC) located in Rochester, NY are seeking applicants for a faculty position with a primary appointment in the Department of PM&R and with a potential secondary appointment in the Department of Orthopaedics. The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is tracking on a rapid growth initiative. We are seeking expertise with development and management of our growing interventional spine program, that is fully integrated with the URMC Department of Orthopaedics, consultation, evaluation and management, interventional procedures and electrodiagnostic studies with diagnostic ultrasound for patients of the medical center and surrounding communities.
Ideal candidates would be BC/BE eligible having completed a PM&R fellowship in intervention spine care.
Clinical/Administrative/Research FTE ratio would be negotiable dependent on the candidate. Ideal candidates have a keen interest in teaching PM&R residents.
