Full time- Monday through Friday, days, 8 hours- 40 hoursResponsibilities
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual with exceptional organizational skill to provide coordination and direct patient care to ambulatory EP Clinic patients. The individual should possesses excellent communication and documentation skills, be flexible, and be able to work independently. The individual will work in collaborative role with Physician, APP and EP staff to coordinate appointments and ensure comprehensive education for patients in the Comprehensive Clinic. Role involves coordination of complex patient care. Other responsibilities include participation in research, QA and data collection/evaluation. It involves leading/coordinating new initiatives. This integral position requires an RN with cardiology experience- EP experience preferred but not required. Must have excellent communication, organizational and computer skills. Must be able to track and assess data presenting data back to the team. They must be comfortable giving educational presentations to providers, patients and staff. This is a fast evolving field/department-therefore the right candidate will be flexible and innovative. Applicants must have 3-5 years recent relevant experience.Qualifications
Requires a BSN or matriculation in a BSN program from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 5 years or RN experience. This position is a member of the unit/service leadership team, demonstrates the ability to develop standards of care, unit/service goals, and objectives, and provides consultation and expertise in delivering patient care.How To Apply
