Opening

The Department of Pediatrics has an opening for a Senior Instructor. We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise as a Neonatal Hospitalist.

Qualifications: Successful candidates will have shown outstanding accomplishment, promise, and commitment to neonatal care. NYS, license, DEA, Board Certified in Pediatrics, prior training in Pediatric Residency with NICU rotations, and an MD.

Number of months:At least 3 years of training as a Pediatric Resident are required. Additional training as a NICU provider is desirable.

Special skills required:Standard NICU skills such as Delivery Room experience, History and Neonatal Physical Exam, order writing, and placement of umbilical lines are required.

Minimum Education Requirements - list level of education and field(s) acceptable: MD + Pediatric Residency with NICU rotations.
