The Departments of Pediatrics and Medicine at the University of Rochester Medical Center seek a full-time board certified Internal Medicine-Pediatrics physician with an interest in evidence-based clinical service and research in the area of care for adults with diagnoses that originate in childhood (i.e. “Transition”).

This physician will be an integral member of the UR primary care team at the Complex Care Center, an innovative interdisciplinary primary care setting targeting adults with pediatric onset conditions. This role offers the opportunity to provide outpatient primary care and consult support, inpatient consultation support, and workforce development for this patient population.

Applicants must possess an MD and be board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and be immediately eligible for licensure in New York. Experience working with the targeted “transitional” patient population is preferred. Interest in working in an evolving fully integrated program is required.
